At Canadarama, we provide a simple, user-friendly virtual tour format where our clients can show their products (real estate, accommodations, manufacturing), services (contractors needing a virtual portfolio, etc), or facilities (golf courses, wineries, shopping centres, etc.).
New: All our virtual tours now have "Full Screen" viewing option!
Through a simplistic approach, yet utilizing professional photography techniques, these virtual tours are fast loading, and rarely require any downloads or plug-ins by the end user. This simplicity translates to the completed tour being viewable by a wider audience. Clients have the opportunity to add custom design to their virtual tours, allowing for logos and personal or corporate branding.

INFO FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS:
Once you contact us and purchase a virtual tour of your listing, we will contact the homeowner and make arrangements to photograph the property. Once completed (usually within 24 hours), we then send the link to be posted on the listing at mls.ca. We will activate the "View Multimedia" and "Additional Photos" icons on your listing at MLS®.

CD Marketing Tool
Give yourself a second chance at signing that listing
As mentioned above, there are many advantages to having your virtual tours available to you in a professionally presented CD package. To get that second chance at signing a new listing, here's all you have to do:
After spending your valuable time with a potential vendor and demonstrating all of the benefits of listing with you, the vendor may respond with, "...well, we'll think about it and get back to you..." (and then they never do). That's your perfect opportunity to "loan" them a CD containing your virtual tour. You can then tell them you will drop back in a day or two to pick it up. Now, they may not even view the contents of the CD, but it sits there next to their computer or on the coffee table, reinforcing YOU and how you will be able to showcase their property to potential buyers ...worldwide!
Every virtual tour comes with two CD's. If you would like additional copies, these are readily available for a small fee. Once you have a few virtual tours, we can also compile a special marketing CD for you containing several of your virtual tours ...whether they are current listings or not! Just call for a quote to do a "Custom Marketing CD".
Real Estate agents are also welcome to add a link to their virtual tours on their own websites. If your website is managed by an outside source (such as a web hosting company) we can send the link directly to them.

A Few Words About Our Panoramas
Our Panoramas are created with many individual photos blended together (seamlessly), resulting in true, crisp, clear, bright images. Also, this process allows much more flexibility in any situation as partial panoramas can be used. Most existing virtual tour providers use a "single-shot" system for panoramas which is quick and easy, but offers no option except 360º, and the finished product often has inconsistent lighting, distortion and warping.
